1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Thoughtlight India OTT Platform, users agree to comply with these Rules & Regulations, Privacy Policy, and all applicable platform guidelines.

2. Subscription Eligibility

• Subscribers must be at least 18 years old or access the platform under parental/guardian supervision.
• Accurate personal information must be provided during registration.
• Thoughtlight India reserves the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.

3. Subscription Access & Usage

• Subscription access is strictly limited to the registered user only.
• Account sharing, password sharing, or simultaneous unauthorized usage across multiple users is prohibited.

4. Content Usage Policy

Subscribers shall NOT:

• Download, copy, record, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without authorization.
• Screen record or illegally stream platform content. 
• Upload platform content to social media, YouTube, Telegram, websites, or third-party applications.
• Use platform content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Subscription fees must be paid in advance to access premium content.
• All pricing displayed on the platform is subject to change without prior notice.
• Subscription validity will be based on the selected plan duration.
• Certain features or content may be available only under specific subscription categories.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.
• Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods. 
• Thoughtlight India reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse or policy violations.

7. Device & Streaming Limitations

• Subscribers may access the platform only on the permitted number of devices as per their subscription plan.
• Excessive device switching, suspicious login activity, or unauthorized sharing may lead to temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

8. User Conduct

Subscribers agree NOT to:

• Use abusive, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful language on the platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, systems, or other user accounts. 
• Introduce malware, harmful software, or disruptive technologies.
• Misuse community features, chats, comments, or discussion forums.

9. Internet & Streaming Responsibility

• Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection for streaming services.
• Video quality may vary depending on internet speed, device compatibility, and network conditions.
• Thoughtlight India is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet service providers or third-party technical issues.

10. Content Availability

• Content availability may vary by region, licensing agreements, or subscription type.
• Thoughtlight India reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue any content without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand elements, designs, videos, and platform assets remain the exclusive property of Thoughtlight India.

Unauthorized usage, duplication, or commercial exploitation of platform assets is strictly prohibited.

Subscriber information will be handled according to the platform’s privacy policy. By subscribing, users consent to receiving:
